The Supreme Court Registry has taken steps to operate a separate Court (MENTION COURT) for all Mention matters (Open Court) and matters related to Support for Substitution, to be held on Thursdays before a single Judge.

However, it is important to note that matters concerning non-prosecution and cases before a Special Bench will not be considered for this purpose. Additionally, this arrangement will not apply to cases that are scheduled for Digital Hearings
