The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka is pleased to announce that by now, the e-Filing System has been successfully launched as part of the e-Courts Project.
Which is being developed by the Supreme Court.
As previously notified, all Attorneys-at-Law are hereby informed that it is necessary to Digitally Sign the Petition of any case which will be filed through the e-Filing platform of the Supreme Court. Further, a Digital Signature is also necessary to certify the documents submitted with the Petition through the system.
All Attorneys-at-Law are therefore informed that in response to the requests made by the Attorneys-at-Law who have not yet obtained a Digital Signature, LankaSign convenient counters have been set up on the 02nd Floor of the Supreme Court to assist Attorneys-at-Law to register themselves and obtain their digital signatures.
