The Supreme Court will be shifting to the newly refurbished Original Supreme Court Building at the Superior Courts Complex. With effect from 26 January 2026, all Court Houses, Record Rooms, and other branches of the Supreme Court will operate from the said premises.

Due to the shifting process, the following services will be affected from 16 January 2026 to 26 January 2026:

  • New cases filed during this period will be processed with a slight delay.
  • Motions filed between 16 January 2026, and 26 January 2026 will not be processed, unless there is extreme urgency, which must be clearly stated in the relevant motion.
  • Regular services, including the issuance of physical Certified Copies, Judgments, Journal Entries, and similar services, will not be available during this period. However, the relevant documents may be accessed through the official website.
  • All reference facilities, including record room references, will not be available.

The inconvenience caused to Attorneys-at-Law and the general public is deeply regretted.
