Attorneys-at-Law who wish to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka are kindly requested to follow the procedure below

Required Documents

1.   Formal Request Letter
3. Copy of the Certificate of Enrolment (if available)
4. GovPay Payment Receipt

Submission Instructions:

  • All documents must be submitted physically to the Supreme Court Registry or scanned and emailed to: 📧 scurgentmatters@sltnet.lk
  • Please use the email subject line: Name Change Request – [Your Enrolment Number]

Important Notes:

  • Letters will be issued only after the Registry completes all necessary verifications..
  • Please allow at least 3–5 working days for processing.
